Lee is a professional with over 25 years of experiences in the high-tech sector, running company-wide operational functions and leading large scale projects. In these senior positions, Lee is the steward of the company’s human resources policies, programs, processes and practices.

Lee managed the implementation of business guidelines and strategies; sorting HR problems; working with other department heads to enhance functional effectiveness and efficiency; talent acquisition and retention; keeping employees motivated; rewards management; assist in the strategy development and execution; strategize project deliveries; and working on legal related matter with appropriate parties.

Lee holds a Masters of Engineering Sciences/Remote Sensing and Bachelor of Land Surveying degree from the University of New South Wales, Australia.
